We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal and Google Pay for one-time orders.

What currencies do you accept?

Dr. Squatch accepts USD (US store), CAD (CA store), as well as Pounds (£ ) and Euros (€) for the EU stores. At this time, we are only able to offer USD/CAD via Shop Pay checkout.

How long will my refund take to process?

Once the refund is processed, it can take 5-10 business days to show up in your bank account.

We offer electronic gift cards in $25, $50, $75, and $100 amounts with three different virtual designs.

Buy an eGift card online, enter the recipient’s info, and choose to send it now or schedule it for later.

How do I redeem an electronic gift card?

Use your eGift card code at checkout when placing an order. If you can’t find your code, we’re happy to resend it.

Do you offer physical gift cards?

We currently offer electronic gift cards only, usable on our website.

Can I send a gift card to another person?

Our gift cards can be emailed to another recipient.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

You can use multiple gift cards together on a single purchase.

Can I use my Gift Card on an existing subscription?

eGift Cards apply only to new subscriptions or one-time purchases, not to existing subscriptions.

Can I return a Gift Card?

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I transfer a balance/combine two Gift Cards into one?

Balances can’t be combined onto one card, but you can use multiple eGift cards on a single order.
