Dr. Squatch Rewards lets you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future online purchases. You can also get access to members-only perks, such as early access to new drops!

Where can I see my Rewards points balance?
You can only view your Rewards points when you are logged into your Dr. Squatch account. Log into your existing account, or create a new account here !
Can I use my Rewards points with other discounts or promo codes?
Unfortunately, Rewards points cannot be combined with any other discounts or promo codes.
Where can I see my Rewards history?
Log in to your account and visit our Rewards page. You’ll be able to see your current points balance, as well as your Rewards History.
Why can’t I see my points?
You can only view your Loyalty Points when you are logged into your Dr. Squatch account.
Can I use these points towards getting a discount on my subscription renewal?
You can use Rewards points when you start a new subscription, but unfortunately, you cannot use them on subscription renewals.
Can Loyalty Points or Tiers Expire?
Your points will expire after six months of inactivity.
Is the Dr. Squatch Rewards program available in international countries?
Currently, Dr. Squatch Rewards is only available in the U.S., but we are working hard to make it available in other countries in the future!
What happens to my points on an order I have refunded?
Unfortunately, Rewards points earned for that purchase will be removed from your current balance of points.
