How do I login and create an account?

Update your password anytime in Account Settings with a quick click.

How do I reset my account password?

Edit your payment info anytime in your account under Billing and Shipping. Subscribers’ payment methods are saved for future orders.

You can click on the orange &apos;Edit&apos; buttons next to Payment Details to edit your payment information and Billing Address to edit the associated billing address.3. You can find the status of your order on the &apos;Overview&apos; section on the main page of your account. The Shipping Status will display on the right hand side (as shown in the black square). Just click on &apos;Shipped&apos; to be taken to your tracking link. Alternatively, you can click on your order number (as shown in the orange square) which will take you to your Order Details page, which will include your order details and any available tracking information! You can also find information about your orders on the &apos;My Orders&apos; page. Your order history only includes orders placed with your account email. If your order shows a Preparing status, we are currently working on getting your order ready for shipping. If your order shows a Shipped status, your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

How can I find the status of my order?

Check your order status anytime in your account under My Orders. Track your shipment with one click once it ships.

You can find the tracking information for your order in the My Orders tab on your account page. Just click on &apos;Shipped&apos; under Order Status (as shown in the orange square) to be taken to your tracking link. Alternatively, you can click on your order number (as shown in the black square) to be taken to your Order Details page, which will include your order details and any available tracking information! A Shipped status will only appear once your order has been shipped and has a tracking number (which you will also receive via a shipping confirmation email)

How do I track my order from my account page?

View your full order history by logging in and selecting ‘My Orders.’ Check the progress of your orders and get updates on shipping and refunds.

If your order shows a Refunded or Partially Refunded status, your order has received a refund of some form; if you are seeing this status but you aren&apos;t sure why you received it, please make sure to check your junk/spam for communications from the Dr. Squatch support team to learn more. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Where do I find information about my order history?

If your account isn’t showing the latest info, go to Account Settings and click ‘clear cache’ to sync your data.

If your account is not showing updated information regarding your orders or account information, you can manually clear the account cache in just one click to refresh the settings! Just go to Account Settings on the left hand menu in your Account Page, and click &apos;clear&apos; under Account Cache to re-sync your account information from our servers.
