I just got my lotion and I can’t get the product out of the pump. What do I do?Updated 38 minutes ago

Sometimes, the product in the lotion bottle can move to one side when it's not shipped upright. Our Squatch Care Squad recommends giving it another shot! We suggest that you unscrew the lid/pump, tap the bottle on a table or surface, secure the pump to the bottle, and try pumping the product out again.
