Can Dr. Squatch deodorant melt?Updated 14 days ago
Yes, our natural deodorant is a natural product free of gelling agents, so extreme temperatures can cause the product to melt. At 90°F you may see some softening, but at 130°F the product will completely liquify.
Here are a few tips to ensure our deodorant is maintained throughout storage, shipment, & delivery:
Take your package out of the mailbox and inside as soon as possible.
Don’t open your deodorant right away - place it upside down on a flat surface and let it cool down overnight.
When you open your deodorant for the first time, make sure it has fully cooled and gently squeeze the top of the deodorant right under the inner cap, then pull the inner cap straight up.
Don’t leave your deodorant in a hot car or direct sunlight.
